Pretty good but didnt get the job. It appears they only want to hire races other than Asian. And I was being pulled into the interview last minute without any genuine considerations as to whether I would be capable of doing the job.

Interview had 3 stages. the last one with your VP, you had to roleplay. Recruitment will prepare you thoroughly for the process. With some prep it is doable. very generic,

Pretty standard interview, prepare examples from your career history. Two recruiter calls, one screening one behavioral, followed by final panel/role play call. Recruiter prepared me well, follow the instructions that they give you on how to run the mock scenario. Ask questions, be curious.
