4 interview stages and two preparation calls for the last two interviews. Overall, it required a lot of work since you are expected to ask for feedback and adjust to that feedback during the interview process.

Question 1
Tell me about a situation when you managed a sales cycle with multiple stakeholders. (STAR method)
They said they will call me back and I did not hear never again. I was disappointed. They mentioned good salaries in Spain - it looks they maintain the European band.
We had a zoom call to discuss role and experience, although I did not fit the role in their opinion I got al the feedback I could ask for in further conversations over text.

Entretien
Very intensive, they really grill you using the "STARS method" so make sure you have plenty of examples of prior deals and how you overcame something to win them. Overall a good learning experience but probably a little over the top
