J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gartner (Fort Myers, FL) en oct. 2015

Very detailed interview process that forces you to look deeply into your work history to provide relevant examples to the position you apply for. This is definitely tough, but it is also a great confidence booster! They require you to ask a lot of questions, which in the end was my downfall. After two phone interviews and two employee calls, I had run out of things to ask prior to actual on-the-job training, because I learn best by doing. It would be beneficial for them to take this into account when interviewing candidates - that a lack of questions at the final interview doesn't mean the candidate does not have passion for the job. I was also told that I did a lot of things well and got great feedback from them, then some of those same things were reasons I did not receive an offer. In the end, I was left a little frustrated, but this process will be beneficial at all subsequent interviews with other companies!

Question 1
Honestly the questions aren't particularly hard, just very spur of the moment (aka in the middle of you speaking/ answering another question). Two big ones are: What makes you get out of bed in the morning?, and what are you doing to develop yourself as a professional?
