The interviewer seemed uninterested. They did not make me feel comfortable. No introduction was given. They did not have the cameras on even after I requested. The role was of a DevOps but there were two developers who were taking the interview. They asked a few questions that were not from the JD. I was given no time to ask any questions from my end. They would cut me off in the middle of an answer which was very rude. When I was telling them about my roles and responsibility, it seemed as if they were not even listening. They did not care about my roles and responsibilities or the work I did, no questions were asked related to my current role.

I applied online, then a recruiter scheduled a call on MS Teams , I joined the call and turned on my camera but his cam was offline the whole time, and he joined late to the call and talked about the position and asked about me, but I haven't heard back from him ever since and he ghosted me, very bad experience I had with them.

Entretien
This position was open for several months. I applied online. Got a phone screen phone call. I had not committed to it since I had other offers I was considering. The recruiter reached out to me again and seemed ethusiastic. At that point I said that I wanted to go ahead with the interview process.
A month passed and I have not heard anything. Someting told me to just jot a follow-up line. At that point I got replies from several HR people at the company tht moved my application forward. Original recruiter wrote back, appologized and said that got busy with other. I thought, "WTF? That's your job".
Anway, went ahead through three more rounds of interviews, one with a manager, one with an architect and the final one with the director. I thought I did well and my resume was ideal for this position, but a few days later I got an email telling me that the company would not go ahead with my canadidacy.
A month has passed and I see the same job posting on multiple board sites. This company is either not serious about filling this posistion or there is something else going on.
