The proces is very clear and straightforward. I submitted an application directly, after two weeks had a chat with an internal recruiter, the date for the 1:1 interview with a hiring manager was set. Gartner has a very clear idea what sort of candidate they are looking for and what sort of answers they want to hear. Gartner questions are widely available online so by any means prepare. However this makes process rather sterile and boring it is like an exam where you know the list of questions and come prepared with answers. This is expected though.
