Overall the process was positive and straight to the point, but I wish I had a real feedback on why it did not match, not just an automatic e-mail

I really didnt enjoy this process heavy focus on STAR answers, they dont really care about the substance, only that you are in STAR structure. I didnt like the HR interviewer, she was quite rude. In the end when I said I hadnt had such a big focus on the STAR format before, she said that Gartner has seniors who havent interviewed for years that master this. Was pretty uncomfortable, and I did not feel good.

Received a phone call request from the talent sourcer. They were not able to answer questions about the role but stated I will get evaluated by a recruiter. I never made it to the recruiter or hiring manager. Also, felt like they were not interested in our conversation
