J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gartner (Stamford, CT)
Entretien
HR phone screen, phone screen with hiring manager, 3 phone screens with peers.
Panel interview - write a research note, 60 minute presentation. Communication was not great during the process. Overall, I thought the process was interesting - they didn't really "tech" me out - it was much more about approach, personality, and softer skills - the panel interview was pretty brutal

The recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn. I scheduled a 30-minute meeting with them. The recruitment gave me an extension description of the job position. The recruiter was very transparent and communicated to me that for the position I was applying for, this was a red flag. They were looking for someone with experience working with C-level executives.
Their talent sourcers contacted me via linkedin. Asked for a phone screen. We had a pleasant chat. They said they would follow up with further steps, but they didn't end up doing so.
