Disorganized. Phone screening was the typical 'get-to-know-you' questions. In person interview was in an uncomfortable room, interviewer asked plenty of questions not related one bit to the actual position. It took awhile for me to hear back, and the response was automated. Unprofessional.

I would say the process went smooth till round 3. I felt that I was led in the wrong direction about the responsibilities for this role. Everyone made it sound like I was the perfect fit then we got to round 3 and the lady barely seemed like she wanted to speak. She also informed me of several qualities that I did not have to fit the position.
