I applied online and roughly a week later I received an email from a recruiter asking to conduct a phone interview, which was scheduled the next day. The recruiter called me the next day and immediately asked what my career goals were and why I was looking to leave my current job. When I answered, the recruiter told me that I would not be right for their company because I am wanting to leave my current job after several years and make a career change. Uh, okay? The call took less than five minutes and no information about the company or the position was ever given.

Initial phone screening asking a few questions about past experiences. Recruiter explained a bit about the company, work environment, etc. I progressed on to a video interview with 2 different managers. Asked same kind of questions about past experiences, leadership experience, conflict resolution etc.
