I was first headhunted through linked-in and had an initial call where they explained to me the details about the position and asked me general questions about myself. At first, the interviewer told me to rethink some of my questions and schedule another call. We had three calls before she advanced me to the next stage and I am currently waiting to do the next interviews for the role.
