Round 1: Behavioral phone screen with campus recruiter where I was told to explain how my background related to the position and why I wanted to work for Gartner
Round 2: Phone Screen with senior recruiter where I was asked to talk more about my credentials and if I fit aspects of the job description
Rounds 3/4: 2 30 minute interviews stacked on top of each other 1 was with a local data scientist and the other was with the head of their data anaytics department (they decided to interview me at the same time) I was asked to walk them through a project I was proud of and then asked me why I made the choices I did and what I would change.
The HRs were very helpful and explained every process pretty good. The interview process was smooth. First round was a screening round with HR on Data Science and AI. Second round was with a Data Science Director. Third and final round was a live coding and case study round.

They mainly asked questions related to NLP, LLMs, and RAG.
La recruiter fue muy simpática y me guió en todo el proceso, en las entrevistas me explicaron muy claramente la estructura del equipo y los proyectos en curso, aunque hubiese agradecido el motivo del rechazo, que no me lo dieron.
