Entretien
I was approached by an Egham based Gartner recruiter via LinkedIn. Simple process of job spec sent via email, initial screening call with recruiter and then phone interview with US based recruiter. No questions out of the ordinary, very standard sales interview.
Time keeping however was awful, both UK and US recruiter late to call, inconvenient when they insist on having to take the call during my lunch break.
Whilst Gartner is a reputable company, the recruiters didn't do a great job of 'selling' the opportunity. The interview process seemed to be a box-ticking exercise, old-fashioned in today's market for this sort of role.

very thorough and well executed. they ask thought provoking quesitons and the interviewers were all fantastic. a lot of prep needed but rewarding experience. about 4 rounds of interviews ranging from recruiter to final panel interview

accidentally sent me someone else's resume
last minute added different executives to the interview
I received a message from a recruiter and had a phone screen with them. They said they would let me know about a follow up call, but they never got back to me. I reached back out to them to follow up, but I didn't receive a response.
