This was a very good interview process. I met with Spiro Xerras after he initially called through and he is one of the best Recruiters I have met. He has strong business acumen and he really shows the Gartner values in the way he explains things. He keeps you updated regularly and is very genuine about this responses. I interviewed with two other senior managers and they were also impressive.

2 hr interview + role play. Very result oriented and hard to handle if you don’t know the services even tho they say its not necessary. The expectations are very clear which is you DO have to close the deal on the role play by asking the right questions and getting client to agree on the 2nd meeting
