Entretien
1st round : Telephonic HR Round - This round is basically used to test your communication skills and to align you with the profile that you are applying for. This also includes a summarised check of our current job, so better to know each everything that you do and how does that relate to the one you are applying for.
2nd round : Skill Test - The second round is a 3 hour long excel based test. They test you on any and everything they find in excel from Macros, Functions, Formulas etc. So be prepared ! Also, in my case they provided an exercise on secondary research techniques and followed it with some analysis.
3rd round : F2F - Right after the excel test, there is a F2F interview with the hiring manager. Here , is all that matters. They will put you under the radar and even test your patience. Not very technical though, but this is the deal breaker or maker.
4th round: PPT - If you clear the above intimidating round, you are asked to prepare a PPT on a topic provided by them and then you need to send it back within 48 hours.
5th round: PPT presentation - In the case ppt sent to them in the previous round contains the required content and meets the standards. Then you are called back to their office for a round of presentation in front of a panel of 3. There will be an array of questions coming your way, so be all prepared.
6th round : Final - If you have reached this round then it implicitly means you are almost through. This one is a F2F round with the MVP/VP/Director. Just a few formal questions, so if you don't do something majorly imbecile then you got the job.

The interview process consisted of case study round, after the case study is finalized then the 1st interview is conducted and if you are selected in that then 2nd interview is conducted. Only problem I faced is that the HR ghosted me for more than 2 weeks.

It was the typical application -> phone screening -> interview -> writing sample thing. I didn’t get it in the end but they were very polite and cognizant of my time, which I appreciate.

Entretien
The interview process had four different stages, each one hour. They asked behavioral questions and looked for fit in the company. It also included a written test. It was difficult but the HR team gave advice on how to best handle each step of the interview process.
