J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gartner (Dallas, TX) en mai 2025

Both recruiters I talked to were very direct and unforgiving. I understand the need to learn about a company before your interview, but when asked test questions about company specifics, I felt criticized when not answering completely correctly. I left the process with very low confidence, and while looking for an entry level job out of college, that was pretty rough. I was then contacted by recruiters on Linkedin after I was rejected for the role which was really annoying as well. The least you can do is check your database before contacting a prospect. Obviously this company is not for me, and seems better for very outgoing and confident personalities.

It was super long. 5 rounds of interviews 1-2 hours each + 2-3 preparation calls in between.
Super tiring with a lot of repetitive questions which you always need to provide a new answer. Even 2 times bigger companies has no such process.
lots of resources provided and coaching, very warm and friendly team. They also provide a lot of tips and tricks to wow interviewers. You also get to meet with someone in the position you've applied for to get a feel of the day to day.

What would you have done differently on our mock call
The interview process was structured and professional. It began with a recruiter phone screen, followed by a behavioral interview and a role-play scenario. They focused on coachability, motivation, and communication skills. Overall, it was smooth and informative.
