You are selected out of the total applications. Hr calls and conduct a series of Interviews. First is with HR to scrutinize the job demand. If you are qualified then you are called for the second and the last interview with the department head
Phone and initial manager interview. They highlighted that GSK prefers to hire internally so hard to enter into company. Don’t hire for many product managers.. not much turnover. Questions were general about personal experiences and a case scenario for how to handle a situation.
