Process was very confusing. Wasted my time. Initially my resume was not selected because i did not had background related to life sciences. Later i was contacted for an interview with HM. HM liked me and i was promoted to next round for panel intervew which went very well according to me but i recieved rejection stating my background did not matched. So overall wasted a month for no reason.
