I was shortlisted for two separate senior communications manager contract roles through Tapfin, GSK's preferred recruitment partner. Interview for the first role was online, but despite following up with my contact at Tapfin I didn't get any feedback on the outcome of my interview. Interview for the second role never happened due to GSK failing to turn up. I don't know if the problems are at GSK or Tapfin, but disappointed at the general lack of courtesy and professionalism.
