J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez GSK en janv. 2010
Entretien
Applied when they came to campus, got through to do the personality and reasoning (verbal and non-verbal) tests then had a phone interview. Nice interviewer, she was friendly. Questions were fine until she asked me technical questions based on stuff I hadn't yet studied (azeotropes, tablet dissolution...) as I was only in my 2nd year. I knew there and then I wouldn't get an offer. Shame really beacuse I like GSK.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
How can you increase or decrease the rate of tablet dissolution?
Overall I had a positive experience. The assessment centre included a mix of individual and team tasks, as well as a situational based interview. GSK is a great company to work for as an Industrial placement student.

Situational based questions - e.g What would you do if… How would you… etc
The virtual assessment one way interview. Chill, have 3 minutes to think after given the question and they give you bullet point prompts. 1.5min to answer and able to redo the recording once. Only 3 questions. Average kind of questions for one way interviews. (Skills, motivations, teamwork, adaptability)
