Phone call to understand the motivations for the position and possible fit to continue the process. Online interview with HR director to discuss the curriculum vitae, motivations, experience and aspirations.
Phone and initial manager interview. They highlighted that GSK prefers to hire internally so hard to enter into company. Don’t hire for many product managers.. not much turnover. Questions were general about personal experiences and a case scenario for how to handle a situation.
