There were 3 stages. Scenario based Assessment which takes around an hour, Hire-vue interview where you record your answers to the questions (no re-records). Assessment centre where you take part in different activities and interviews where they can gauge your competency level.

It was online but they provided extensive support and care for my well-being. They provided concise descriptions on how to perform the tests. It was very interviewee-friendly. Had a great experience. The online portals were also very easy to use. They followed up properly with e-mails, and gave valid feedbacks.
