Applied online for the position interviewed, called for a telephonic interview, followed by in person interview, assessment test, followed by another round of interview, tour of the plant, notified on phone for offering the position interviewed for.

Process très clair, rapide et bien organisé. J’ai envoyé ma candidature en septembre, les premiers entretiens avec la RH ont eu lieu la semaine suivante, et j’ai signé mon contrat en octobre.
Après deux entrevues qui sont complément identiques, je me suis rendu compte qu'ils m'ont fait perdre mon temps pour rien. On m'a pas contacté. Quand j'essai d'obtenir des explications, je n'ai pas eu de réponse.

We were toured through facilities as part of a large group, then each paired with interviewers for a series of 1-on-1 questions. Questions were focused both on background as well as general personality and professionalism.
