Interview was uncomfortable even though I had the prior experience of doing the same role in a sister company and kept harping on educational qualifications. She had done a background check but still I had to repeat all my answers twice.

Entretien
Very S.M.A.R.T or S.T.A.R driven. Stated before that it would be informal, but seemed very formal, but friendly atmosphere.
It took 3 months plus, from interview to start date which for an internal move seemed to take too long.
