Final stage was a two day assessment centre, with approx. 10 other candidates. Opportunity to meet current grads, and various activities throughout the day including group work, individual presentations, role play exercises
Standard process but very interactive with videos and scenario based questions to answer during the online job simulation. The video interview was mainly motivational based questions for me for example why GSK
It starts with world of GSK which is a situational judgment test. The questions are not difficult and it’s accompanied with some data. The next stage after this is a video interview.

Entretien
The process of the interview was initially an online video interview with an automated system. The interview questions were mainly competency-based and some questions such as "Why GSK?", "Why this role?".
