Pros: 1 hour panel interview in STAR question format. The role was for a newly formed department within the organisation. Interviewers were very warm and patient. Was a lovely experience!
Cons: However, slow moving process, as expected in Big Pharma.

Several rounds of interviews. some videos, and two to three assessments. Final interview via video where there are panels of different interviews to deal with. Annoying and time consuming process.
