Submitted resume and then was asked to do a video interview, this was straight forward and I think everyone who go to the video interview was asked to attend assessment centre.
Assessment centre was a little tricky. First we did had to do a short presentation on something which interested us, this was in fornt of other applicants and employees. Then we had a group game which was straight forward.
The team was great and was a very nice interview. Some questions were difficult, however, I felt that they were really just trying ot get to know me as a person.

Entretien
Initially you fill out an online application form, followed by an online assessment. Then pre recorded videos and then finally a virtual interview. After this checks with references and employment.

Why are you interested in the GSK IBL Programme, and what do you hope to get out of it?
Upon clearing multiple online assessments, I went through a day-long assessment center which comprised of individual presentations, group activities, and a final interview. It was a highly structured program.
