Applied just days away from the deadline. There was an online test assessing values, numerical reasoning and verbal reasoning. Next I got a phone interview asking questions based on the STARS format. After I passed it, I was invited to the assessment centre which took a whole day. It involved individual interviews (more of the STARS format type) in which they seem to really want to know who you are, a product presentation based on given case info, two observed group discussions to see how you function in a team based setting, and a role play in which they assess how you respond to a problematic employee. Didn't get accepted, but it was challenging and an interesting experience overall as it was my first time at an assessment centre. They provided feedback on my performance afterwards to justify their rejection which was very helpful.
