Entretien
Initial phone screen with STAR formatted questions. Make sure you use STAR, they will push you to answer it as such. If selected, they will fly you out to HQ in Raleigh, NC. Very nice dinner and hotel. First night is just meet and greet with other members. Second is all day process, 8-5pm-ish. Know basic chemistry and what they are looking for.
