First selection was based on CV. Second selection was based on intelligence and personality tests. Third one , long interview with HR and team lead with bad and good cop approach. Forth selection was with Sales manager where I was supposed to sell remote control to him, very unpleasant experience. And the fifth, dialog with CEO.

got a email from recruiter, did screening test and then was called for the interview. Interview was easy, where do you see yourself in the next few years, why gsk, what would you do if we hire you? It took at least 4-5 months. The hiring process is pretty slow.

From my own experience, the interview was relatively easy. The interviewers (SMs) ask very general questions e.g. educational backgrounds and work experiences. They also ask about a basic case study to see how you tackle with a problem.

Entretien
I applied through phytopharma HR Department. The process took 1 month. Interview questions were quite easy. Just 1 round. I interviewed with 2 area manager. They were very nice.
