The Process was very smooth. I had one recruiter call, one call with the hiring panel and then finally one call with the team lead. The format was mainly conversational so went very smoothly.

Well managed by the internal recruiter. I believe I was contacted via LinkedIn initially. Didn't get the job offer due to lack of experience delivering large scale digital projects and products. At the time this would be a fair assessment of my experience.
