The interview process was extremely frustrating and poorly managed. After clearing the HR round, the technical interview was scheduled with a manager based in India, who failed to join the interview twice. This showed a clear lack of coordination and respect for the candidate’s time.
Despite this, I cleared the technical round and moved to the final interview with two managers, which went well. However, the very next day, HR informed me that hiring for the role had been frozen.
After multiple interview rounds, missed interviews, and last-minute communication about a hiring freeze, the overall experience was disappointing and inefficient
