Quick-- easy, rushed. Series of meetings/calls with recruiter and then 4 quick 30 minute interviews with various stakeholders including direct report (which was weird-- they seem unengaged and unexcited about their job) and overseeing management, who also seemed equally frazzled and ego driven. Questions were super basic and unimaginative. Also felt like the decision maker had no experience in the role I was interviewing for or outside of the field... it was clear with the out of touch questions they were asking... which were basic behavioral. Whole thing seemed super rushed. Their presentation on the virtual screen was unprofessional with janky, physical backdrops instead of a polished virtual backdrop screen... Then I was ghosted by the recruiter. More than qualified for this job and didn't want it but was curious what a basic b2b company does during an interview... good experience to practice for more of a dream job. If you have something else lined up, go that way or if you are looking for experience maybe try this.
