Interviewed by a recruiter on the phone. Then spoke to hiring manager on phone. They were considering me for two positions. Decided I was overqualified for one, I have a MLIS, and under qualified for the other which was a Researcher position and thus more technical. The interviewer and hiring manager were friendly, encouraging and professional. i found out from a tracking service that I did not get the job and emailed the recruiter who confirmed it.
