I was first asked to submit my CV and Cover Letter online, communicating directly with the head of the HR department in Brussels. I was later invited for an interview. I could not attend in person, but I was given the possibility of a a phone interview, which was very well organised. I was met with a very friendly and professional approach, making the application process a delight rather than a burden.
