The oddest interview I have ever attended. None of the questions were related to the role. When I asked 'What candidate are you looking for?' The hiring manager replied with: "Someone smart". The process took about 30 mins. I didn't get an offer but even if I did - I wouldn't have accepted.

Was quite a positive experience, interview was more of a relaxing and comforting mood, rather than the confrontational style seen in various other Korean companies. FYI, there is a translation test (Kor > Eng, Eng > Kor) so if you are not fluent in both languages, best be prepared.

Entretien
One online interview and a writing test which took 90 minutes. The interview is with two currently employed personnel and they ask questions regarding your work flow and previous experience.
