I applied for the position through an employee referral. I was contacted by the internal recruiter within a few days for an initial screening call. I then had a face to face interview with the hiring manager. The final step was a final telephone interview with one of the senior leaders in EMEA. The internal recruiter communicated very clearly and regularly with me throughout the process, giving me feedback along the way.

Phone screener with HR, then a 1 on 1 with the hiring manager, then some calls with team members. I think that once you get through the hiring manager the team meeting are more just for them to meet you and ensure that they don't veto the decision.
