Phone screen process: recruiter was rude, for example they said "I'm not sure you are ready for this position, maybe I will float your resume past the hiring manager, but I'm not sure I will" then immediately after saying this asked about my salary and compensation to try and get me to say a lower number.
First interview: Hiring manager was nice and asked basic questions listed below, would even guide me toward an answer if they were looking for a specific word or phrase. Enthusiastic about hearing my background and interested in people joining the team.
I was selected for the next technical interview and asked to set up a time. Once I selected a time, the recruiter said nothing for 3 weeks despite me emailing them about progress. They sent a response that they had moved on with other candidates. Why ask me to pick an interview time?
