I was lucky enough to send my resume to the recruitment team by referral but the recruiter that reached out to me not only rescheduled my interview and was late to call (it was a phone interview) but halfway through the interview, we both realize that she wasn't even interviewing me for the position that I applied for. I was fully prepared for the interview and was blindsided by the lack of professionalism.
