J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Fidelity Investments (Denver, CO) en août 2014
Entretien
The interview was fairly informal. They are mostly screening to make sure you have enough EQ to work in a customer service focused role. They'll ask a lot of behavioral type of questions. The managers are are very nice people and don't tend to push too hard. It was very low pressure. They got back to me within a few days. This job only required one phone interview and one in person interview.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you went above and beyond for a customer. Tell me about a time where you received feedback and maybe disagreed with what you were told. What is something that frustrates you when you call somewhere for customer service?

Entretien
I sent several emails to the HR person (indicated in the job posting) and heard nothing back after three weeks. Then I figured out who the hiring manager was through research on my own and contacted him directly. He responded right away and invited me in for an interview. Turns out he never saw my resume from HR.

Very pleasant phone conversation with Human Resources representative who asked some specific problem solving questions as well as commitment level with regard to taking the licensing classes and tests. There were questions about availability for weekends, holidays, graveyard shift, swing shift, etc. By the end of the conversation I was informed about most of the benefits and salary offered with the position.
