I submitted my resume online. A few days later, I was contacted by a recruiter & set up a phone interview. Having passed that (presumably), I was invited for a face to face interview w/ 2 managers a few days after the phone interview. Many of the same questions asked by the phone interviewer were asked in a similar fashion in the face to face interview.
