Easy, talked on the phone for 15 minutes with a recruiter. Then I had a 45 minute, zoom meeting with another recruiter. The questions asked were about customer service and some behavioral questions.

Interview process was easy once the interviewer showed up. Was ten minutes late and disrespectful of my time. She was unprofessional with interview questions as well. Zero stars. Would not recommend.
The interview was a zoom interview. Upon passing the initial interview, you then complete a drug test, and background check that requires you to go to an office to submit your fingerprints

They asked me scenario based questions around different interactions I had with customers.
Very standard interview. Most Qs revolve on how you helped customers in past roles and what you can do to excel in this role. Nothing too difficult and they send you questions before hand to practice. Remember star method
