I was contacted via third party about this position. Spoke to the third party recruiter.
I found the experience unprofessional. I thought I was being scammed based on how the interviewer was being aggressive, and tried to ask personal information questions.
I then had an opportunity to directly apply for the postion.
Spoke with an initial recruiter, who was great. This recruiter passed me up the chain to two more recruiters. The two recruiters indicated during the interview of pivoting and applying to a different position that requires more responsibility and experience.
The initial interviewer then followed up saying the two recruiters thought I unqualified for either position. I was encouraged to reapply in 90 days.
I have since been contacted by third party recruiters for the same role.
I found the entire experience extremely unprofessional.

Two interview process, first a phone call with the recruiter, and the second a video interview with two associates. The recruiter focused on detailing the position itself, and the associates focused more daily duties and performance metrics.

Smooth and easy. Wanted to know your experience in the industry and how to apply them to the role. What characters you bring to the team, what makes you a good candidate.

The recruiter was concise and fair without making the candidate feel attacked or think he or she is being discriminated. The next step in the interview process with so called talent champions was a very very negative experience. There were so many red flags throughout the k review process which clearly indicated they were Not Going to hire this candidate and it was subjective. It’s like it was a transaction for them; they just wanted to be finished with the interview just cuz they had to check this off their list. I highly recommend they be fair consistent and not discriminate and have multiple different interviewing team; not just those two same people because they would be biased and subjective. And please provide your interviewers with leadership, communication and interwing skills for the future candidates.
