They like to set up a phone call for a prescreen and they send you a pre assessment of 45-60 questions. This is math, English, and word comprehension questions. They then will review your answers and set up another call.

Phone call interview and then panel interview. It was pretty average in difficulty and the whole interview process spanned about two months. I did my interviews virtually since I don't live there.
Filled out an application and was sent an invitation to do video interview via email. The interview process seemed straightforward. The job description included having to pass an exam after a trial period.
