I found that Fidelity was hiring via Indeed and applied through their website. They got back to me quickly, wanting to schedule for an interview later in the week.

I was told to be prepared to ask questions and know the job and the company. I was also told to prepare to say why I wanted to work there. Nothing about the company was asked or why I wanted to work there.

Entretien
First it was a 30 minute phone screeening with the recruiter. Afterwards two (technical and behavioral) 45 minutes interviews with project managers on their headquarters. A week later i got an offer.
