J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Fidelity Investments
Entretien
Interviewed with the VP of Ops. He said there were 30+ applicants which makes it hard to feel you have a chance. It was actually very conversational with touches on my resume and skills.

Horrible interview experience. I was told at initial contact that there would be one phone screen and two interviews, then a decision would be made. After 5 interviews including one in French (which was not a part of the job description) I withdrew my candidacy. There is a lack of respect for peoples value and time. Updates not provided as scheduled and constant moving of the goal posts. During one interview with the hiring manager, she came in referring to me by the wrong name and the general context of the interview was strange, odd questions and details which made me question the true culture of the company. When I felt like I have was receiving adequate updates from HR as promised, I was reached out to the hiring managers to say thank you and follow up. Within minutes HR called me telling me never to email the hiring managers. Lack of respect, transparency and value for candidates and their time. Very disappointing! Be careful and ask for clear time frames, expectations. I know others who applied for the same role and were outright ghosted by HR.

Question 1
No joke - considering you know many within the firm, have you asked them about me and what did they say? ( question from the hiring manager)

Basic phone screening then in person interview with HR and VP. The other questions were your typical behavioral ones. Asked about challenges and successes, why you would want to work for them and why you would want to leave your current role/organization.
