They recently conducted a mega drive for women on break from career. Half day went on about Company's high values, market position, past years Resume Associate and Q&A. Later half of the day is when the interviews started. It was very well organized but had to wait so long to sit for interview. Questions were easy and my panelists were in a hurry to go(and so were others as it was almost end of day). Most people did not have next round and were asked to leave . Upon thinking many of us realized that for a 15 minutes interview ,we had to listen about the company policy and wait long hours. Now I realize It was more of marketing gimmick. Never heard back from them. I request the company not to waste time and money of potential employees for your market gain.
