Very thorough. Started with a phone call, then a zoom meeting. Met with some nice people. The Zoom meeting was with three people which made me a little nervous at first but then quickly got comfortable once each person explained who they were, personally and professionally.

First a brief phone screening, and then I needed to schedule an in person interview. The phone screening was around 30 mins and the interview itself was about an hour.
