Keep it simple, know the db you want to use and some simple db design of it) 1 hr programming (a simple real world coding problem and you will build onto top with new requirements. They want to see how you react to new requirements and talk trade offs and how you thought about it) Process was very smooth and quick even during holiday times. Very nice people and everyone seemed to really enjoy working there.
