This was a two-stage process. 1. Telephone pre-screening lasting 30mins. Questions are largely focused on test experience and they will try to guage both your basic testing strategy/methodologies and your automation exposure. Be prepared to discuss exploratory testing. You will also be asked how you would test a particular item or system. 2. In-house interview if successful (though currently being handled remotely due to COVID). This will be in three or four stages, depending on whether you've applied for a manager or a tester role. There will be a culture fit section with your usual situational and CV-based questions, a Technical section going into your CV and experience in more detail, and one or more technical tasks you will do live. No homework task. The whole thing will likely last around 3hrs with breaks in between. Each section will have a new panel of interviewers.
