Pleasant. On campus Interview. On campus interview consisted of a basic aptitude screening test. The people short listed have been called for a final wound interview which contained a presentation and a HR together at their office venue. In the final round, we were asked to present on any incident where we displayed our leadership skills. They would be drilling you between Managing and Leadership. I gave a simple presentation on some past incident which "I" felt have displayed some amount of leadership skills. But according to them it was pure Management and absence of Leadership qualities. Later on, they questioned what kind of role you were actually in search off. Based on the answer provided, they would question you again only for the sake of taking an interview.

First I'd like to commend my recruiter Cherry Cuagdan for a job well done! She's reached out to me and give me another opportunity to be part of the company. Before she called me, I've already done with my Manager's Interview with another department. At that time, though there's no feedback yet, she already asked me if I am open in taking interview for same role but another department in case my applicate isn't successful. She again reached out to me, and that time I already received a feedback from my previous interview and that I didn't make it. So we continue the interview process for the same role but with other department. She reached out and provided updates regularly. She assisted me un to my onboarding.
For Manager's Interview: I appreciate all the questions. All are relevant to my experience and the post. It's a very natural conversation.
For Executive Interview: Same with the manager's interview, the questions are great. I have the opportunity to showcase my experiences and skills.

The interview process was ok. I never encountered any issues from the recruiter's interview up to my manager's and associate director's interview. It was so smooth. It only took a few days before I got the result of each interviews.
